The New Moon invites us to pause, reflect, and begin again. Join us for an immersive sound bath designed to help you relax deeply, quiet the mind, and create space for new intentions. Let the healing sounds wash over you as you settle into stillness and embrace the possibilities of a new lunar cycle.

What to bring:
It is necessary for you to bring your own yoga mat, and anything you need for comfort – such as bolsters, pillows, and blankets. Please dress comfortably for this event as you will be lying down to fully absorb into the vibrations of the sound bowls.

Zero-gravity chairs:
If you have had a recent injury or surgery or have issues with sitting and lying down on the floor, you can reserve a Zero-Gravity chair for your comfort! These come with a pillow and can recline easily. Limited number available.
