This summer has been a whirlwind of milestones—both joyful and tender. I watched my youngest daughter graduate high school, am busily preparing my son for his study abroad journey to Italy,and will officially step into the new season of life as an empty nester by the end of August! My heart is full, and I’m taking time to honor all the changes unfolding.
While I hold space for this personal transition, I’m still offering space for you.

Planning for Fall 2025
In the first week of September, I’ll be attending an immersive retreat in California—gathering with fellow sound healers to expand my skills and creative practices, and bringing fresh inspiration back to share with you.
After that, I’ll be offering two group sound baths in September, mark your calendars:
- September 17 @ Studio Bloom Fitness in Kirkland: Harvest & Harmony: A Chakra Balancing Sound Bath, 7-8pm
- September 20 @ Yoga Circle Studio in Snohomish: Balance & Blessing, 1-2:30pm.
Then I will be heading off on a two-week adventure to Germany and Italy!
