Gather in Sound: Autumn Offerings & Reflections

September Highlights

This past month, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a sound healer retreat in Mount Shasta, California. It was a truly heart-opening experience—meeting fellow sound healers from across the world, sharing wisdom, and learning new modalities that I’m excited to weave into my offerings. The sense of community and inspiration was deeply nourishing.

Being in nature, unplugged from the usual pace of life, felt deeply restorative. Each day was filled with the music of the earth itself—the heartbeat of the land, the flow of waters, the delicate dance of butterflies, and the song of birds. At night, under vast star-filled skies, there was a profound stillness that reminded me of the deep resonance we all carry within. This immersion was magical and deeply nourishing, a reminder of why I feel so called to this work.

September was also filled with such beautiful gatherings. Balance & Blessing: The Autumn Equinox Sound Bath at the Yurt in Woodinville was a particularly magical afternoon. Surrounded by the warmth of community, we honored the turning of the seasons with sound and a sacred fire ceremony. I am deeply grateful to everyone who joined and helped create such a memorable and heart-centered celebration.

I’m also thrilled to share that a very special new instrument has joined my collection—a handcrafted gong from Italy. Its resonance is absolutely transformative, and I can’t wait for you to experience its powerful vibrations in future sessions. (See picture below!)

Now that we are fully rooted in autumn, this is a natural time for reflection, release, and renewal. Just as the trees let go of their leaves, we are invited to soften our own grip and make space for what nourishes us most. The upcoming weeks are a beautiful opportunity to turn inward, honor the shifts in season, and realign with our inner rhythms.

I’m delighted to share my final four sound baths of 2025, lovingly created to support you in slowing down, letting go, and reconnecting with yourself. Registration is now open for all October and November events, and spots are already filling—so if one of these calls to you, I encourage you to reserve your place soon.

Unlock Your Healing Potential – Sound Healer Certification

I love celebrating the work of my students who are carrying this practice into their own communities. Heather, a graduate of my Sound Healer Certification program, is now offering beautiful sound baths through Songbird Sound Healing in the greater King County area. If you’re nearby, I encourage you to check out one of her gatherings and experience her soothing soundscapes. Click on the pictures to check out her website or go to: https://www.songbirdsoundhealing.com/

My upcoming certification program in October is officially sold out, but applications are now open for the January 2026 training. If you feel called to step onto this path, I encourage you to apply early.

With Gratitude

As the season continues to unfold, I’m reminded of the beauty in slowing down, releasing what no longer serves us, and opening space for new growth. Just as the trees let go of their leaves, may we also trust the cycles of life and the wisdom of letting go.

I am deeply grateful for this community—for your presence, your openness, and the way you bring such heart and spirit to every gathering. I warmly invite you to join me at one of these final sound baths of the year, to pause, breathe, and be held by the nourishing vibrations of sound.

May this autumn bring you balance, renewal, and the gentle reminder that you are always supported by the rhythms of nature.
