Refund Policy for SARAS Sound Healing

Thank you for choosing SARAS Sound Healing for your sound healing experiences. I am committed to providing you with transformative and enriching sessions. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review the refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1 Valid Reasons for Refund:

  • Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are dissatisfied with your sound healing experience, I am happy to consider a refund.
  • Cancellation: Refunds are available for cancellations made within a specified timeframe (see section 2).

1.2 Ineligibility for Refund:

  • No-Show: Refunds will not be processed for customers who fail to attend their scheduled sound healing session without prior notice.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made outside the specified timeframe (see section 2) are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process and Timeframes:

2.1 Cancellation Window:

  • To be eligible for a refund due to cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled sound healing session.

2.2 Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid refund request.

  • Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the customer.
